We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising (VM) Coordinator to oversee the execution of visual merchandising projects for leading retail and fashion brands across India.
The role involves managing end-to-end VM production — from design approval to fabrication, dispatch, and installation — while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Minimum 3 years in Visual Merchandising coordination, fabrication, or retail branding

Serve as the primary communication link between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
Coordinate project timelines, material approvals, and quality checks with production and fabrication departments.
Oversee outsourced vendor jobs to ensure specifications, timelines, and standards are met.
Manage all project documentation, including job sheets, artwork approvals, and dispatch records.
Track and monitor production progress, proactively resolving delays or quality issues.
Coordinate dispatch and installation schedules with logistics and implementation teams.
Conduct quality control inspections at every stage of the project.
Support cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and project billing coordination when required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, fabrication, or retail branding.
Strong understanding of VM materials, printing techniques, fabrication processes, and installation workflows.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with design file formats (AI, CDR, PDF) is an added advantage.
Prior experience in vendor management and on-site project supervision preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Design, Marketing, or related field).
Diploma or certification in Visual Merchandising, Printing, or Fabrication will be an added advantage.
