• Candidates: Creating profiles, uploading resumes, searching for and applying to jobs, and connecting with Employers.

We are not an employment agency. We do not hire Candidates or find jobs for them. We are a platform that provides a venue for users to interact. We are not responsible for the content of job listings, resumes, or any other user-generated content, nor are we responsible for the outcome of any hiring decisions or employment relationships.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

For All Users:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not post, transmit, or share any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory.
• You may not use the platform to solicit business for any other service or to engage in any form of "spam."

For Employers:

• You agree that all job postings must be for a legitimate, available job opportunity.
• You must not post jobs that require payment from the Candidate or that are for illegal activities, multi-level marketing schemes, or franchises.
• You agree to use Candidate data only for the purpose of evaluating them for a specific job opportunity.

For Candidates:

• You agree that all information you provide in your profile and resume is accurate and truthful.
• You must not impersonate any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Job In website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Job In or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the site without our express written permission.

By submitting content (e.g., job posts, resumes), you grant Job In a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee: Job In does not guarantee that a job posting will be filled or that a Candidate will find a job. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any user-submitted content.
