We are looking for a results-driven Vet Expert to lead sales and customer engagement initiatives for large dairy farmers across Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Punjab.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the cattle feed and dairy industry, with the ability to provide advisory support, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic farmer engagement.
Madhya Pradesh / Andhra Pradesh / Punjab
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
4–5 years in sales or marketing within the cattle feed industry
Align with company strategy to achieve business and sales targets.
Identify, engage, and manage key dairy farmers and retail outlets within assigned regions.
Develop and execute territory action plans to meet sales and customer goals.
Ensure operations comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Provide expert technical advice to farmers to improve cattle health, feed efficiency, and productivity.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for effective order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Veterinary or Agriculture background preferred).
Experience: 4–5 years of proven sales or marketing experience in cattle feed, dairy farming, or farmer advisory roles.
Preferred: Experience in dealer-based sales or direct farmer engagement.
Deep understanding of cattle feed formulations and dairy industry practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective farmer interaction.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen to manage territory performance.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
