We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Telugu-speaking Telecaller to join our Sales Team at our Delhi Head Office. This is a critical role focused on customer acquisition and market expansion in Telugu-speaking regions (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana).
Beyond calling, the ideal candidate will manage sales data and MIS reports, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a mix of sales communication and analytical skills.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential customers in Telugu-speaking regions to promote company products/services.
Lead Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to convert leads into active clients.
Data Management & MIS: Create and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel to track calling productivity and sales conversions.
People Management: Coordinate with the sales team and provide updates to senior management; assist in training or guiding junior callers if required.
Regional Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Telugu-speaking clients, ensuring a high standard of service and cultural rapport.
Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in Telugu (Mandatory) and conversational English/Hindi.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and experience managing MIS (Management Information Systems).
Experience: Previous experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or a Customer Support role is preferred.
People Management: Ability to lead by example, manage data-driven workflows, and work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
Location: Must be willing to work from our Delhi HO.
Fixed Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 per month.
