We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Callers who can communicate fluently in Gujarati, Hindi, or Marathi. You will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Handle outbound & inbound calls professionally.
Explain company services clearly and confidently.
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up with potential customers.
Convert leads into appointments/enquiries/sales (depending on process).
Maintain customer database and ensure timely updates.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries.
Good communication skills in Gujarati / Hindi / Marathi (any one or multiple).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
