About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Sales for a reputed packaging and manufacturing company in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion across industries like food packaging, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Handle client onboarding and address customer concerns promptly.

  • Act as the escalation point for client-related issues and service delivery.

Sales Process Management:

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle — from inquiry to order fulfillment.

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, and client documentation.

  • Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Coordination & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for seamless order execution.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.

  • Support finance with client documentation, credit control, and reporting.

Performance Goals:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Maintain a high client retention rate through consistent service excellence.

  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

  • Prepare detailed sales performance and market analysis reports.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing, and documentation standards.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with minimum 70% marks (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, or ERP software.

  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
