Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to oversee and strengthen our safety and compliance operations at Panoli.
This role is critical to ensuring a safe workplace, environmental sustainability, and full regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and a proven record of driving a safety-first culture in an industrial or manufacturing setup.


📍 Location: Panoli

💰 Salary: ₹8 – ₹10 Lakhs per annum

🧠 Experience: 8–10 years in EHS (industrial/manufacturing environment)


Key Responsibilities

1. EHS Program Development & Implementation

  • Design, implement, and manage robust EHS policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with local and national regulations.

  • Continuously assess and improve workplace safety, health, and environmental performance.

2. Compliance & Audits

  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the facility.

  • Prepare and submit compliance documentation to relevant authorities, ensuring zero non-conformances.

3. Training & Awareness

  • Plan and deliver EHS training sessions, safety drills, and awareness programs for all employees.

  • Foster a proactive safety culture through regular communication and engagement.

4. Incident Investigation & Risk Management

  • Lead investigations for accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for existing and new processes or projects.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with plant and operations teams to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.

  • Monitor key safety performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety laws and standards.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related discipline. Additional EHS certifications preferred.
