Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Marketing Manager to lead our market expansion efforts in Russia for the agrochemical sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural chemicals and a proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Russian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for agrochemical products in Russia
Build and manage relationships with key distributors, clients, and stakeholders in the Russian agricultural sector
Work closely with R&D and product teams to tailor offers according to market needs
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Lead promotional campaigns and represent the company at trade shows and industry events in Russia
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field
Fluency in Russian language, both written and spoken, is mandatory
Extensive experience (8+ years) in sales and marketing preferably within the agrochemical industry
Strong knowledge of the Russian agricultural market and regulatory environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
