Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant (B2C) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting prospective clients, demonstrating our building material products, and closing sales to achieve business growth targets. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-person product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and applications of building materials.
  2. Identify and understand customer requirements to provide customized product solutions.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Apply consultative selling techniques to address objections and secure successful deals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve business targets.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to effectively position products.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients.
  8. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the building material, home improvement, or interior industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
