We are hiring a Procurement / Purchase Manager to handle the complete purchasing process for machinery parts, spares, and industrial equipment at our manufacturing plant in Panoli.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost-control expertise in the manufacturing or agrochemical sector.


📍 Location:

Panoli

💰 Salary:

Up to ₹8 LPA (Based on experience and skills)

💼 Experience:

5–7 years in procurement or purchase of machinery parts (preferably in manufacturing / chemical / agrochemical plants)


✨ Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of machinery parts, spares, and industrial equipment.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

  • Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality supply.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and maintenance teams for material requirements.

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.

  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to improve purchase strategies.

  • Collaborate with plant management and finance for budgeting, planning, and cost control.


🧩 Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in purchase/procurement within a manufacturing, chemical, or agrochemical industry.

  • Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of industrial machinery, spares, and vendor management.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, cost-control, and supplier management skills.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes, contracts, and compliance norms.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
