We are hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Agrochemical Manufacturing Plant in Panoli. The ideal candidate will manage FFS machine operations, production planning, manpower allocation, and compliance with ISO, GMP, and SOP standards.

Agrochemical Manufacturing
Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
FFS Machine Operations:
Operate and supervise FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines and manage pouch and bottle packing processes.
Production Planning & Execution:
Execute daily production plans by aligning equipment, raw materials, and manpower.
Prioritize production based on sales orders and delivery schedules, ensuring timely approvals from management.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain all production records as per ISO and GMP standards.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch processes, and QA requirements.
Manpower Management:
Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor productivity and performance.
Job Work & Dispatch:
Manage production scheduling, job work, and dispatch to meet targets and deadlines.
Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions for operators and production staff to enhance efficiency and safety.
Equipment & Maintenance:
Oversee validation, qualification, and preventive maintenance of machinery.
Ensure timely calibration of equipment and handle breakdown maintenance effectively.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Review batch sheets with QA to ensure alignment with product specifications.
Manage change control and deviation processes as per quality systems.
Implement preventive measures to avoid cross-contamination in the plant.
Hands-on experience with FFS machines, pouch and bottle packing operations.
Strong understanding of ISO, GMP, and SOP compliance.
Proven experience in production planning, manpower management, and equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of cross-contamination control measures and quality assurance procedures.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate with QA, maintenance, and operations departments.
