About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a restaurant in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, managing teams, and driving profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer experience while fostering a positive work environment for staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, and customer service.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and wastage, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all operational areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and vendors to ensure seamless business functioning.
  • Handle customer feedback promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend cost-effective strategies.
  • Plan and execute promotional events or activities to increase footfall and revenue.
  • Supervise maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the restaurant premises.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant financials, staffing, and vendor management.
  • Problem-solving ability with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in POS systems, billing, and basic operational software.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
