We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead and execute marketing strategies for our Crop Protection Division based in Hyderabad.
This senior leadership role involves transforming corporate marketing strategies into on-ground execution, aligning closely with the sales and product teams to achieve Strategic Business Unit (SBU) goals.

Lead complete product lifecycle management — from launch planning to execution and post-launch review.
Evaluate current product portfolio and develop a 3-year strategic roadmap for expansion and profitability.
Coordinate field trials for new molecules and products in collaboration with the R&D and technical teams.
Design and implement comprehensive crop and product campaigns for both Kharif and Rabi seasons.
Execute campaigns with the required resources and measure outcomes for continuous improvement.
Conduct competitor analysis on molecules, market share, and regional crop segments.
Lead annual market mapping with sales teams to strengthen market insights and identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on emerging trends in agriculture, crop protection, and product development.
Drive the annual sales budgeting process, ensuring timely completion and strategic alignment.
Define budgeting guidelines and monitor performance metrics across teams.
Train the sales team on product USPs and UVPs to ensure effective field communication.
Collaborate with technical teams to conduct biannual training programs and online certifications for continuous learning.
Work within a matrix reporting structure alongside VP/AVP Sales, State Heads, and HO Product Management.
Lead and mentor Regional Marketing Managers and senior sales personnel (RMs/ZMs/DGMs).
Ensure strong corporate branding through alignment with HO and design branding support for key channel partners.
Oversee timely delivery and tracking of promotional materials across regions.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the crop protection / agrochemical industry, preferably handling branded products.
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture; MBA preferred.
