We are looking for an experienced Loading/Unloading Supervisor to join our Agrochemical Technical Team in Panoli. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all loading and unloading activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

₹3 – 4 Lakhs per annum
3–5 years in a similar role within the agrochemical or related technical industry
Supervise Operations: Oversee daily loading/unloading of trucks and containers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols for material handling and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Inventory Management: Track shipments and maintain digital records of all stock movements using basic computer software.
Team Leadership: Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure high productivity among warehouse staff.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain logs, delivery receipts, inspection forms, and other operational records.
Problem Solving: Handle issues such as damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies in stock efficiently.
Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably in an agrochemical or industrial setup.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations for data management.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle warehouse conditions and oversee ground-level activities.
Communication & Leadership: Strong team management skills and ability to coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
