Home Loan Sales Executive | Banking & Financial Services Job
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Home Loan Sales Executive to join our growing financial services team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the home loan and mortgage industry, with experience in direct sales, DSA management, and channel partnerships. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams while meeting business growth targets.
Drive home loan sales through direct and indirect channels such as developers, DSAs, property consultants, and connectors.
Identify and acquire potential customers seeking housing finance or mortgage loans.
Generate quality leads from real estate developers, brokers, and referrals.
Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Guide customers through the loan eligibility, documentation, and sanction process, ensuring a smooth experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory norms and company policies during the sales process.
Proven experience in home loan sales, mortgage products, or housing finance.
Good understanding of loan documentation, eligibility criteria, and credit processes.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Additional certification in Banking or Financial Services preferred.
