We are hiring passionate and target-driven Home Loan Sales Executives to join our fast-growing team in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in home loan sales, customer relationship management, and coordination with financial institutions.
Drive home loan and mortgage sales through direct and indirect business channels such as developers, DSAs, and property connectors.
Identify and acquire new customers seeking home loan products.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
Generate leads through real estate developers, property consultants, and customer referrals to expand the business pipeline.
Coordinate with banks and NBFCs to facilitate loan processing, approvals, documentation, and disbursement.
Consistently achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets while maintaining high revenue performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and lending policies throughout the sales process.
Provide expert guidance to customers on loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and financial planning.
Maintain healthy and productive relationships with channel partners and lending institutions.
Track market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to assist management in strategic planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in home loan sales, mortgage sales, or retail banking (freshers with sales aptitude may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Sound understanding of loan products, credit processes, and documentation.
Ability to meet sales targets under pressure and deliver consistent performance.
Experience with DSAs, developer networks, or loan coordination will be preferred.
