We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee our operations across North and Central India. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in the pesticide and fertilizer industry, strong leadership qualities, and proven expertise in sales, distribution, and team management.
Oversee sales, marketing, and business operations in North & Central India.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies for pesticides and secondary fertilizers.
Lead a team of regional and area managers to achieve business objectives.
Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure product availability across markets.
Plan and monitor sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and company policies.
Conduct regular market visits to understand field realities and competitor trends.
Coordinate with R&D, finance, and supply chain for smooth operations.
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or MBA in Agribusiness preferred.
Experience: At least 15 years of experience in agrochemical (pesticide/fertilizer) sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience in multi-region management.
Willingness to travel extensively across North and Central India.
