Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and reconciliation.
Manage and monitor credit notes, debit notes, and outstanding accounts.
Coordinate closely with the sales team for billing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and budget tracking reports.
Liaise with dealers/distributors for credit management and collection planning.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
Support management with financial analysis and sales data insights for business decisions.
Maintain career stability and long-term commitment to the organization.
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance and coordination, preferably in agrochemical / pesticide / fertilizer industry.
Must have hands-on experience with credit note management, accounting entries, and dealer coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP software.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preference for candidates with a stable and consistent career history.
