A reputed Agrochemical Company based in Delhi is looking for a qualified and stable professional to take charge of finance operations and sales coordination. The company is engaged in the marketing of pesticides, fertilizers, and crop protection products, with a strong presence across India.

Position: Finance Head cum Sales Coordinator

Location: Delhi
Industry: Agrochemicals / Pesticides / Fertilizers
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in agrochemical or allied industry
Age: 40+ years
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and reconciliation.

  • Manage and monitor credit notes, debit notes, and outstanding accounts.

  • Coordinate closely with the sales team for billing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.

  • Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and budget tracking reports.

  • Liaise with dealers/distributors for credit management and collection planning.

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.

  • Support management with financial analysis and sales data insights for business decisions.

  • Maintain career stability and long-term commitment to the organization.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance and coordination, preferably in agrochemical / pesticide / fertilizer industry.

  • Must have hands-on experience with credit note management, accounting entries, and dealer coordination.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP software.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Preference for candidates with a stable and consistent career history.
