Installation: Set up and install kitchen and home appliances—including chimneys, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves—according to company standards.
Maintenance & Repair: Identify and fix appliance issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure optimal functionality.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explaining appliance problems and repair solutions clearly.
Documentation: Keep detailed service reports and records of parts used and work completed.
Safety & Standards: Adhere to safety norms and follow all regulatory guidelines during installation and repair tasks.
Inventory Management: Manage tools and spare parts efficiently; request replacements as needed.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with effective time management
Willingness to travel across assigned service areas
Must own a bike for field travel
Candidates from nearby areas in East Delhi preferred
