We are hiring a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to the Chairman for a reputed organization based in Delhi. This role is ideal for senior administrative professionals who excel at managing executive operations, handling high-level communications, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting top leadership.
The Executive Assistant to Chairman will provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and strategic support to the Chairman’s office. The candidate should possess exceptional communication, organizational, and people management skills with the ability to function efficiently in a dynamic business environment.
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring preparation of required materials.
2. Communication & Correspondence
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation with professionalism.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Meeting Coordination
Organize and manage board meetings, executive sessions, and key internal events.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
4. Travel & Logistics
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel schedules, accommodation, and logistics.
Manage documents such as visas, itineraries, and support materials for all executive travel.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized filing systems for confidential business records and reports.
Prepare high-quality presentations, briefs, and executive summaries for board meetings.
6. Project & Office Management
Assist in special projects, research, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Lead or coordinate smooth day-to-day functioning of the Chairman’s office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior-level administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
High level of integrity, discretion, and maturity in handling sensitive information.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and executive calendar management tools.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and handle shifting priorities.
