Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for managing our e-commerce platform from its development phase through to its daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology and agriculture.

  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Salary: Up to ₹6 Lakhs per annum
  • Experience: 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Lead the initial setup and go-live process of our e-commerce platform, then manage its day-to-day operations.
  • Content & Data Handling: Manage and update all platform content, including regular product additions, price changes, and the application of promotions and offers.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to both internal and external field teams, ensuring they can effectively use the platform.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and quickly resolve technical issues related to the platform’s UI/UX, content, or functionality by coordinating with developers and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze MIS reports on a regular basis to monitor platform performance and user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Availability: Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with ERP systems like SAP or managing other online platforms such as e-commerce websites and apps.

Computer Skills: Excellent IT skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong numerical abilities.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Preferred Background: Experience in the agri-inputs sector (pesticides, seeds, fertilizers, etc.) and a degree in agriculture is a plus.
