We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace management, advertising campaigns, listing optimization, and performance analytics. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images).
Run and monitor sponsored ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns during major sale events like Big Billion Days and Prime Day.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and design teams for seamless execution.
Handle customer reviews, feedback, and queries to ensure excellent service.
Track and compare competitor pricing and listings to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and listing guidelines.
Proven experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra seller accounts.
Hands-on knowledge of running ad campaigns and promotional offers.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, analytics, and reports.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field preferred.
