Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day dispatch operations in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Generate invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents in SAP.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth movement of goods.
  • Maintain proper records of dispatches, stock, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines for dispatch operations.
  • Monitor dispatch performance and resolve operational issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and accounts teams for dispatch planning.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–6 years in dispatch/logistics (must be from Agrochemical or Chemical industry).
  • Education: Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD module).
  • Hands-on experience with E-way bill generation, invoice preparation, and dispatch documentation.
  • Good knowledge of logistics coordination, compliance, and industry practices.
  • Gender Requirement: Male candidates only (as per company requirement).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
