Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in audit, taxation, and accounting. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting functions, tax audits, return filings, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Tally ERP, MS Office, and financial compliance as per the Companies Act 2013.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
Conduct Tax Audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Perform intercompany reconciliations and monthly performance reporting.
File Income Tax Returns, Sales Tax, TDS, and Service Tax Returns.
Calculate and monitor TDS, VAT, Excise, and other applicable taxes.
Maintain awareness of due dates for payments of various statutory obligations.
Prepare projection analysis and MIS reports for management decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP with advanced shortcut key usage.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) with a Commerce background.
Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, taxation, and audit.
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP & MS Office tools.
In-depth knowledge of taxation laws including GST, Service Tax, VAT, TDS, and Income Tax.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
