Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate / Affordable Housing Channel Sales

About the Role

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving channel-based sales through a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and DSAs. This role involves developing sales strategies, achieving monthly goals, and ensuring long-term relationships with partners in the affordable housing segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and expand a strong channel partner network for affordable housing projects.

  • Drive property sales through brokers, DSAs, and real estate partners.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

  • Identify and onboard new partners to enhance market coverage.

  • Plan and execute sales campaigns with the leadership team.

  • Maintain strong client and partner relationships for sustained business growth.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or affordable housing channel sales.

  • Proven expertise in managing dealer and broker networks.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business acumen and target-driven approach.

  • Good understanding of Delhi NCR’s real estate and affordable housing market trends.
