About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand business in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with architects, interior designers, and channel partners, and a proven track record of developing long-term business relationships. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify growth opportunities, establish dealer networks, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and channel sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with architectural and design clients to promote company products and solutions.
  • Acquire new dealers and distributors while expanding business networks in the building materials sector.
  • Build trust and confidence with key stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, and Dealers.
  • Drive channel sales with a focus on high-end, wood-related building products.
  • Support and manage existing dealers/clients, ensuring efficient service and satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to develop business relationships and stay informed on emerging trends.
  • Be open to travel across India for business meetings, client interactions, and dealer visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a presentable, confident personality.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for ease of local travel.
