About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Consultant to drive growth in the high-end building materials and wood products segment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in channel salesdealer development, and client relationship management within the architectural and interior product space.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is passionate about achieving measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Plan and execute strategies to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals.
  • Client Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues while dealing with clients or dealers and provide effective solutions to address concerns.
  • Channel Sales: Focus on architectural and wood-based building materials, driving sales through dealers and distributors.
  • Expand Dealer Network: Identify, acquire, and build strong relationships with new dealers to expand market presence in the assigned territory.
  • Client Management: Support and manage existing clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and efficient handling of business requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend product and strategy improvements.
  • Pan-India Travel: Be open to travel across India for client visits, dealer meetings, and business development opportunities.

Requirements & Core Skills

  • Proactive & Self-Starter: Results-driven professional who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client and dealer relationships.
  • Presentation & Influence: Skilled in presenting products and influencing key stakeholders effectively.
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for easy local travel.
  • Experience: Prior experience in building materials, architectural products, or interior solutions preferred.
