Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal and business loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or references.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM or lead sheets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Minimum 6 months of experience in loan calling or sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or telecalling software.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Fixed salary between ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 based on experience and performance.
