We are looking for dynamic and experienced Senior/Junior Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling domestic and international travel packages, building strong client relationships, and achieving high sales targets. 1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for domestic and international travel packages.
Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring post-sale client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with high-value clients.
Negotiate rates and contracts with customers and vendors to optimize profit margins without compromising service quality.
2. Client & Itinerary Management
Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets, and then create customized travel itineraries.
Upsell travel-related services like travel insurance, visa assistance, premium transfers, and tour upgrades.
Stay updated with destination-specific information, visa regulations, hotel partners, flight schedules, and tourism trends.
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and activities using major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
3. Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, and performance data in the CRM system.
Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports to track performance and sales analytics.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving consumer preferences to refine sales strategies.
5–7 years of proven experience in selling Domestic and International Travel Packages.
Strong success record in converting high-value leads and achieving consistent revenue growth.
Excellent geographical knowledge of popular destinations and travel routes.
Proficiency in GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred).
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
