We are seeking a dynamic and driven Mortgage Loan Relationship Manager (LAP) to join our high-performing financial sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) products, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for achieving business growth targets through strategic partner networks and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) business through Direct Sales Associates (DSAs) and other financial channel partners.

  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with DSAs, brokers, and external partners to ensure consistent loan sourcing.

Sales Management

  • Manage the end-to-end loan process, from lead generation and documentation to loan disbursement.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for credit approvals, verification, and customer onboarding.

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand client financial requirements and offer customized loan solutions to match their needs.

  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.

  • Deliver a seamless client experience through proactive communication and professional service.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Keep track of mortgage loan market trends, competitor offerings, and interest rate changes.

  • Provide actionable insights to management for refining sales strategies and improving market share.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Mortgage or LAP sales, handling business generation through DSAs.

  • Strong understanding of retail loan products, credit analysis, and financial documentation.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with high energy and self-motivation to drive results.
