We are seeking a seasoned and strategic IPO Launch Manager to lead our company through a successful Initial Public Offering. Based in Gurugram Cyber City, the ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing and orchestrating complex financial projects, with a strong focus on the IPO process. This role requires a meticulous leader who can coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure all aspects of the IPO are executed seamlessly and in compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive IPO launch plan, outlining all pre-launch, launch, and post-listing activities.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate with legal, finance, and accounting teams to complete due diligence and prepare all necessary documentation, including the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external intermediaries such as merchant bankers, underwriters, lawyers, and auditors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all filings and processes adhere to the regulations set by SEBI and other relevant stock exchanges.
  • Marketing & Roadshows: Work with merchant bankers to plan and execute investor roadshows and marketing campaigns to generate investor interest and support the book-building process.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure all milestones are met efficiently.
  • Post-Listing Activities: Oversee post-issue activities, including share allocation, refunds, and initial investor relations to ensure a smooth transition to a public company.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, project management, or a related field, with direct experience in an IPO or similar capital markets transaction.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CA) is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of the IPO process, capital markets, and SEBI regulations.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong leadership and negotiation abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
