We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our growing customer support team based in Gurgaon, Sector 20. If you have excellent communication skills in Hindi or English and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding company products, services, and offers.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by resolving queries efficiently.

  • Update, manage, and track customer records within the CRM system.

  • Build strong customer relationships through courteous and effective communication.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • For Hindi Executives (Female): Excellent command of the Hindi language with polite and confident communication.

  • For English Executives (Male/Female): Strong spoken English skills, good grammar, and clear articulation.

  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, telesales, or call center operations (freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and perform effectively under pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).

  • Customer-oriented mindset, patience, and active listening skills.
